It’s true when they say that it’s not about the destination, it’s the journey. New Zealand turned out to be extraordinarily unreal and magnificent. We spent endless hours on the road traveling all the way from the North to South Island; from woodlands, to snowy mountains, to coast lines to grass lands, and deep blue lakes, I think there was no other way to truly see New Zealand for what a magnificent earthly beauty it really is.

I guess this is what it feels like when your Pinterest board suddenly becomes a reality right in front of you through the sight of pink, beige, yellow, and terra-cotta houses cascading down the side of the coast and into turquoise Mediterranean waters. No other place in the Philippines has kept me running back to it like Siargao. This is my fourth (and longest visit) within a span of nine months yet I am even more charmed and captivated by this place that already feels like home. Eight days in this island paradise has given me an out of the ordinary experience with a brand new perspective. This has so far been my best visit to Siargao.

Sex, drugs, and alcohol – some of the things Amsterdam is known for to some but this sensational city’s historical canals and 17th century architecture are some of the things that captivated me the most. Two days here didn’t seem enough, there’s so much to see, learn, and do in this city full of life and possibilities- waffles for lunch, why not?

The setting was at sundown on a Tuesday when we drove around Den Haag briefly. I just instantly fell in love with this little city’s timeless charm that I had to come back and explore it on my own. This city isn’t exactly on Europe’s most popular list but I had come to develop a certain kind of romance with Den Haag for it is gleaming with grace. May not be the country’s capital but the parliament and the Dutch government have been situated here in The Hague.
